How long does a breathwork session last? 


A private session can last anything between 1 and 2 hours.

The breathing portion of the session lasts about 40 minutes. 
Group sessions typically last 1 hour, but it depends on the setting.
The session is usually accompanied by evocative music and the breathwork journey lasts around 40 minutes.

What should I wear and what should I bring with me? 

Comfortable clothes and a bottle of water. Everything else will be provided, unless specified differently at any given class.

Are there any counterindications for breathwork? 

Breathwork is not indicated for people with serious asthma or for pregnant women in the last trimester. 
However, there are specific alternative techniques to fast deep breathing that can be used for people who suffer from 
asthma which can be extremely beneficial.

Breathwork is extremely safe, natural, and powerful at the same time.

Therefore, there are not other counterindications and everyone is welcomed.

What should I eat before a session? 

Eat a light meal the day of the session. Please don't eat in the last hour before the session, drink plenty of water and avoid alcohol or too much coffee.

What should I do after a session? 

After a session you might feel energized or relaxed. You might need to slow down and to recharge. In any case, drink plenty of water and listen to the wisdom of your body.
