How long does a breathwork session last? 


A private session can last anything between 1h30m and 2 hours. The breathing portion of the session lasts about 45 minutes. 
Group sessions last between 1 hour and 3 hours, depending on the setting. The breathing is usually accompanied by evokative music and lasts around 45- minutes.

What should I wear and what should I bring with me? 

Comfortable clothes and a bottle of water. Everything else will be provided.

Are there any counterindications for breathwork? 

Breathwork is not indicated for people with serious asthma or for pregnant women in the last trimester. 

Breathwork is extremely safe, natural, and powerful at the same time. Therefore, there are not other counterindications and everyone is welcomed.

What should I eat before a session? 

Eat a light meal the day of the session. Please don't eat in the last hour before the session, drink plenty of water and avoid alcohol or too much coffee.

What should I do after a session? 

After a session you might feel energized or relaxed. You might need to slow down and to recharge. In any case, drink plenty of water and follow the wisdom of your body.
